Hub Australia in Sydney is seeking a Workspace Experience Associate to be the friendly face in our clubhouse, greeting members and supporting daily operations.

With a focus on premium, personalised service, you will manage inquiries, bookings, mail, cafe tasks, and assist with events, inventory, and space checks.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles; RSA and Food Handling certificates are required or obtainable. Join a vibrant, supportive team at multiple clubhouses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Hosp./service mindset, adaptable to guests.
• RSA and Food Handling certificates must be held or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and deliver personalised experiences.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, mail, and clubhouse emails promptly.
• Assist cafe operations with beverages and food service.
• Plan and execute workplace events ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies and space checks.
