Qualifications

• You may come from hospitality, hotels, concierge, guest relations, customer service or corporate reception, but above all, you'll be passionate about creating great experiences for people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors and employees, creating outstanding first impressions.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality services and workplace events.
• Support the day-to-day operations of a premium workplace environment.
• Manage workplace enquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional outcomes.
• Coordinate access requests, service providers and workplace administration activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Identify opportunities to continuously enhance the workplace and guest experience.
• Support workplace safety, compliance and operational initiatives.
