Job summary

Hub Australia in Sydney seeks a Workspace Experience Associate to be the friendly face in the clubhouse, greeting members, coordinating events, and keeping the space running smoothly at our Wynyard and Customs House locations.

You will deliver personalised service, manage inquiries, assist cafe operations, and participate in inventory checks, with training provided for coffee making and RSA/food handling required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably hospitality, retail, or similar service sector.
• Customer-centric hospitality mindset; adapt to guest needs to enhance experience.
• Strong problem solving with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff and stakeholders.
• Proficient multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine passion for building relationships and warmth in interactions.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain RSA and Food Handling Certificate.
• Bonus if you can make a mean cup of coffee!

Responsibilities

• Create personalised experiences for members and guests as the welcoming face of the workspace.
• Handle day-to-day member and guest inquiries, booking requests, mail, and respond promptly via in-person and clubhouse email.
• Assist with cafe operations downstairs by preparing beverages (training provided).
• Organise and execute workplace events, from small meetings to larger gatherings, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Perform regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and space checks as part of daily operations.
