Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Front office/reception experience in hospitality preferred.
• PMS experience in Amadeus highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Guest check in and out.
• Attending to incoming calls and emails.
• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Assist with guest bookings and enquiries.
• Processing of financial transactions and daily reconciliation.
• Daily liaison with other departments.
• Up to date knowledge of all products, facilities and promotions.
• General cleaning and room checks.
