Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure, and assisting with inquiries, reservations, and payments.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and holidays. Join our welcoming team and help create memorable stays.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and reservation and payment systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
