Job summary

Hotel Renmark is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join the Accommodation Services team. The role is part-time (15-25 hours per week) from Tuesday to Saturday, supporting the Accommodation Manager across Reception, reservations, guest experience and operations.

Ideal candidates have hotel reception or accommodation experience and RMS familiarity, with a proactive, reliable and well-organised approach to delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Reception or accommodation experience preferred.
• RMS experience desirable.
• Reliable, organised with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle reception, reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Process bookings in RMS and update records.
• Coordinate guest requests, packages and special occasions.
• Assist with group bookings and upsell room upgrades or services.
• Communicate with Housekeeping on priorities and guest needs.
• Assist with Housekeeping on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Conduct room checks and monitor stock replenishment.
• Provide hands-on support across Accommodation Services.
