Job summary

Novotel Perth Murray Street is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). This role involves handling individual and group reservations, coordinating with across departments, and ensuring a seamless guest check-in experience at our central Perth location.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, maintain fluency with Accor Live Limitless loyalty programs, explain policies, and assist with room blocks and rate codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete individual and group reservations.
• Coordinate with groups and ensure smooth on-site coordination.
• Explain policies, rates, and guarantees to guests.
• Set up billing accounts according to Finance policies.
• Troubleshoot guest issues and refer to appropriate department.
