lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a high‑quality in-store experience. You will educate guests on product benefits, lead the floor with an inclusive approach, and drive daily sales targets as part of the store leadership team.

You will influence hiring, deliver coaching, and promote team development while maintaining operational excellence and a welcoming store atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma or above
• Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Aufgaben

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Drive store performance and hit daily sales targets
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training
• Give direct feedback and coaching to team members
• Foster respectful, inclusive team environment
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence across shifts
• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Review daily business data to motivate the team toward goals
• Support team learning and development through guidance and demonstrations
