Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience required.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and ensure needs are met.
• Review daily metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Coach team members and provide direct feedback and recognition.
