As part of the store leadership, you will participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching, monitor performance metrics, and foster an inclusive, fun, and productive environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor to deliver an inclusive, high-caliber experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and coaching for store staff.
• Monitor daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Create a respectful, collaborative and productive work environment.
