lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in Perth to lead from the floor, develop team members, and uphold our store culture of belonging. You will coach staff, manage recruitment, and ensure guests receive an outstanding experience aligned with our values.

The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and drive key results. A strong emphasis on inclusion and development is essential.

Competenze

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations and projects.
• 1 year retail or sales management experience (nice to have).
• 1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees (nice to have).
