Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive a quality in-store experience and lead the floor with technical product education. You will contribute to store leadership, influence daily sales targets, and guide hiring decisions, while mentoring team members and ensuring an inclusive guest experience.

The role involves dynamic floor leadership, preparing for store readiness, and collaborating to achieve performance goals in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance as needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor, meeting the needs of the business, team and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding and training.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and positive staff relations.
