lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the store floor team. You’ll drive sales performance, participate in hiring decisions, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, leadership, and collaboration in a fast-paced retail setting with opportunities for development and recognition.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma equivalent, or above.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience using the lululemon framework.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education when needed.
• Move dynamically to meet business, team, and guest needs on the sales floor.
• Prepare the store for guests and maintain operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and motivate the team to hit sales or unit targets.
• Participate in hiring: recruitment, evaluation, onboarding and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to develop team members.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and fun team environment.
