Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead at Murray Street Mall to elevate our in-store guest experience through technical product education and inclusive leadership. You will lead from the floor, coach teammates, and help drive daily sales while ensuring exceptional service.

You will participate in hiring, monitor daily metrics, and foster a collaborative, energetic environment. This role requires a retail schedule including weekends and holidays, with no travel required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading or mentoring others
• Legally eligible to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Drive store performance toward sales targets.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain store readiness and operational excellence.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
