Job summary

G'day Group's Discovery Parks – Lake Bonney in Barmera is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations in the park booking system, and support daily office administration.

The successful candidate will deliver outstanding guest experiences, demonstrate strong communication and cash-handling skills, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure accommodation readiness. RMS experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Current drivers licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
• Supply guests with information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
• Complete day-to-day office administration.
• Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents and guests.
