Job summary

Accor Vacation Club on the Gold Coast invites you to join as a Guest Experience Host, delivering outstanding front desk service and ensuring seamless operations to elevate every guest stay.

You’ll greet and register members and guests, provide local area information, arrange tours or club presentations, and generate onsite sales appointments while aiming to meet monthly tour budgets and KPIs. The role offers exclusive global discounts and access to Accor's learning platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to build rapport.
• Computer literate; PMS experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: greet and register members and guests, provide local area information, complete department paperwork, and use front‑desk systems.
• Guest Assistance: pre-call, greet, welcome guests, provide room escorts, porter service, follow-up courtesy calls, and tourist information/bookings.
• Sales Appointment Generation: schedule onsite guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
• Performance Targets: meet monthly tour budgets and other key performance indicators.
• Tour Generation: assist in ensuring prospects meet the Company's tour qualification specifications.
