You will handle check-in/out, paperwork, and use telephones, faxes and computers, contributing to a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Join our team for professional development and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel/front desk role.
• Strong customer service mindset and local-area knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• High computer literacy with hotel software.
• Experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) is advantageous.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations.
• Greet and register owners and guests; provide local area information.
• Complete department paperwork and operate communication equipment (phones, fax, computers).
