Job summary

Discovery Parks is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality front office experience, strong communication, cash handling ability, and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings. A current driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience within hospitality.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Flexible to weekends, public holidays and evenings.
• Current driver’s licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Process guest check-ins and outs.
• Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
• Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Complete day-to-day office administration.
• Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents and guests.
