Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the centre’s desk across channels (in‑person, phone, email).
• Provide information on services and amenities and address customer enquiries.
• Escalate issues to centre management and act as a liaison with asset teams.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and colleagues to improve experiences.
• Assist with administration tasks and maintain accurate customer data reporting.
