Job summary

Vicinity is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service at our premier centre in Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries across in person, phone and email, and collaborating with retailers and centre teams to resolve issues and enhance the visitor experience.

You are an outgoing, solution‑focused communicator with strong organisational skills, comfortable with POS, PMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve customer issues efficiently.
• Outgoing, professional and capable of building relationships.
• Comfortable using common business software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate a welcoming customer service desk and assist visitors.
• Communicate with customers via in-person, phone and email channels.
• Understand customer needs and escalate issues to the asset team when required.
• Maintain retailer relationships and support centre operations.
• Assist with reporting on customer enquiries and complaints.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient and positive centre environment.
