You will engage with customers across in-person, phone, and email channels, contribute to retailer relationships, and support daily centre operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role delivering elevated service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business apps.
• Able to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an open, inviting customer service desk and respond to enquiries.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers and tenants.
• Support centre operations and contractor management as needed.
• Compile and present customer and retailer reports for management.
• Elevate operational issues to the asset team for timely resolution.
