Vicinity Centres in Northland Shopping Centre, VIC, is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service across customer, retailer and contractor interactions. You will manage the customer service desk, respond to enquiries across in-person, phone and email, and uphold Vicinity values with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Operations team and retailers to meet centre goals, assist with administration, and escalate issues when needed,

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with POS, PMS and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an inviting customer service desk prioritising health, safety and staff wellbeing.
• Deliver great experiences to customers, retailers, contractors and colleagues daily.
• Handle inquiries across in-person, phone and email channels in line with Vicinity standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and tenants.
• Support reporting on customer data and centre operations.
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues and escalations.
• Assist with administration tasks as needed by the centre team.
