Vicinity Centres' Northland Shopping Centre in Melbourne seeks a Guest Experience Representative to ensure every guest's interaction is seamless and aligned with our brand values. You’ll be the first point of contact across phone, email and in person channels, helping shoppers find stores, resolve issues, and share local knowledge to create memorable experiences.

In addition to front‑line service, you’ll support centre operations, build relationships with retailers and contribute to reporting

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Approachable, confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office and systems (POS, CRM, PMS).
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Local area knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere at the customer service desk.
• Communicate effectively across channels (face-to-face, phone, email) in line with Vicinity’s service promise.
• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and tenants.
• Respond to retailer enquiries and escalate issues to the asset team as needed.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to keep the centre safe, efficient and compliant.
• Assist with contractor management, sign-ins, permits, keys and general enquiries.
• Track and manage customer enquiry data, complaints, and retailer requests.
