Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating executive-level spaces or meetings is preferred.
• Polished, proactive customer service with attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and stationery across multiple systems.
• Manage incoming calls on a rotating roster and assist walk-ins.
• Respond to enquiries with confidence and clarity.
• Oversee employee and visitor access through the security system; manage lockers for hybrid/work-from-anywhere setup.
• Sort and distribute daily mail and support overall workplace efficiency.
