Develop relationships with customer partners, oversee lobby services and end‑of‑trip facilities, plan events, and ensure service standards meet premium-grade expectations for our prestigious tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within office, hotel, or hospitality environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers, build connections, and provide exceptional concierge services and recommendations.
• Lead and train a team of service experts who excel at anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of customer service standards in lobby and end-of-trip facilities; collaborate with property teams.
