Job summary

First Contact is seeking a Workplace Concierge in Sydney to be the face of a premium workplace. You will manage the flow of the floor, coordinate behind-the-scenes logistics, and ensure the workplace runs smoothly with warmth and professionalism.

In this fast-paced, people-first role, you’ll handle meeting room coordination, catering, and multi-system processes while delivering outstanding service to employees and guests. Full-time hours with flexibility for events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multitasking and time management abilities.
• Comfort with using multiple digital systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and stationery orders across multiple systems.
• Managing incoming calls, assisting employee's requests and enquiries with confidence and clarity.
• Assisting member walk-ins with general assistance – printing forms.
• Kitchen restocking of coffee, milk, condiments and dishwasher unload/reload.
• Sorting, booking couriers and distributing daily mail.
• Logging facility requests, stationery ordering and other office tasks as required.
