Job summary

First Contact in Sydney is seeking a Guest Liaison to welcome guests and support a premium workplace experience. You’ll coordinate meeting rooms, catering, couriers and access, while handling daily operations with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll contribute to a polished front-of-house presence in iconic Sydney offices, balancing fast-paced tasks with clear communication and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks across facilities-related systems.
• Experience handling calls on a rotating roster and coordinating front-of-house needs.
• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach.
• Experience managing access control for employees and visitors using digital systems.
• Comfort coordinating hybrid/flex-desk setups and locker management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and stationery across multiple systems.
• Manage incoming calls on a rotating roster.
• Assist walk-ins and respond to enquiries with confidence and clarity.
• Oversee employee and visitor access through the digital security system.
• Allocate and manage employee lockers to support hybrid work.
• Sort and distribute daily mail.
