TeamViewer in Adelaide is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline for Account Executives. You will engage prospects via cold calling, email and LinkedIn, qualify interest and set up meetings, working closely with Marketing to refine outreach.

No prior sales experience is required; we value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Onsite onboarding in Adelaide supports your ramp-up in a dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Top of funnel activities: outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline.
• Identify and research high-fit accounts and decision-makers.
• Multi-channel outreach: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking.
• Discovery calls to understand pain points and fit for solution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM to prevent lost leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging.
• Continuously learn about product, industry trends, and competition.
