Job summary

TeamViewer in Adelaide is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives through email, phone and social channels. You will identify high-potential accounts, qualify prospects, and set the stage for closing.

As a creator of outreach strategies, you’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales, learn our product and industry trends, and grow in a fast-paced, inclusive team. Japanese language skills are required, and a degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese is required, with strong English communication.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication and relationship-building skills; no prior sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Resilient, proactive mindset with willingness to implement feedback.
• Desire to learn and take initiative; comfortable with multi-channel outreach.
• Degree in Business/Marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Top of funnel (TOFU) activities—convert cold interest into warm opportunities.
• Identify and research high-fit accounts and key decision-makers within our target market.
• Execute daily outbound activities including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and fit.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM to ensure no lead is lost.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting based on feedback.
• Continuously learn about our product, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
