Qualifications

• Experience in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-performing sales environments.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to drive conversation.
• Confident and clear communication; comfortable with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and outbound to generate new leads for the Account Management team.
• Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients.
• Spark engaging conversations to qualify opportunities.
• Analyse prospect challenges and connect to Insights solutions.
• Book sales meetings and build high-quality sales pipeline.
• Attend external events to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Keep CRM updated to support forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on strategy.
• Use data and SDR tools to optimise outreach and processes.
