Fintech News Australia - Part of Fintech News Network is seeking a Sales Associate to support a global sales team from a fully remote setting. You will guide inquiries, follow up relentlessly, and coordinate vendor onboarding and invoicing for client bookings.

The role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales development or related roles, fluent English, and preferably Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales development, customer success or account coordination for B2B media/marketing/advertising agencies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on calls and drafting emails.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to switch between sales and billing follow-ups without losing track.
• Genuine interest in fintech and digital marketing; proactive and self-driven.
• Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar; proficient with word and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound leads and guide them through initial inquiries.
• Support sales team through follow-ups via email, phone, and messages on multiple platforms.
• Schedule client appointments on the sales calendar.
• Work independently to meet productivity KPIs and drive new business.
• Handle vendor onboarding and invoicing documents for client bookings.
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure timely client payments.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records in relevant systems.
