• Proven track record closing complex deals with banks or asset managers.
• Existing network of relevant contacts in the target region.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup.
• Fluent in English and the region's primary language.

• Build and execute the regional go-to-market plan including target accounts and partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts from first meeting to signed contract.
• Build and manage local partnerships that support pipeline generation and market credibility.
• Represent BridgeWise in front of senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions.
• Hire, coach and manage regional sales talent as the market grows.
• Report regularly on pipeline, forecast and market progress to global leadership.
