Jobgether is seeking a Head of Sales - B2B based in Australia to build and scale a high-performing remote sales unit for a social content agency. You will shape strategy, lead setters and closers, and own the full pipeline from prospecting to close.

You will report directly to the founder, drive processes, recruit and coach, monitor KPIs, and pursue revenue growth in a performance-driven, fully remote environment with strong career progression.

Qualifications

• B2B sales leadership in agency/service sector.
• Strong closing skills and deal ownership.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and repeatable processes.
• Ability to translate sales data into improvements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team of setters and closers.
• Manage the full sales funnel from outreach to close.
• Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach sales staff.
• Monitor key metrics: conversion, deal size, cycle length.
• Collaborate with founder to drive growth strategy.
