Job summary

LaunchDarkly Group is seeking a remote South Africa-based Sales Development Representative to drive outbound/inbound pipeline generation for international markets. You will qualify leads, run discovery calls with enterprise stakeholders, and maintain flawless CRM records to support Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles targeting global customers, with proficiency in Salesforce/HubSpot and modern prospecting tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound/inbound sales development (BDR/SDR) experience targeting international markets.
• Experience using modern CRM and prospecting platforms is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication of complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound and inbound pipeline generation for international accounts.
• Qualify leads using BANT/MEDDPICC frameworks and map buying intent.
• Lead discovery calls with enterprise stakeholders to uncover challenges and value.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and sales cadences with accurate touchpoint logging.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach playbooks and targets.
