Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and deliver five-star service in a high-volume hotel environment. You will assist guests with enquiries, make recommendations to enhance their stay, and help ensure Hyatt's renowned standards are upheld.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends, in a Sydney CBD location adjacent to Darling Harbour.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience is preferred.
• Experience using the OPERA system is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Able to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
