Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking an ambitious Bell Services Supervisor to lead a team of attendants and commissionaires, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction in a premium hotel setting.

Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will delegate tasks, resolve guest requests with care, and demonstrate strong leadership, grooming, and collaborative skills to support a seamless guest experience. This is a full-time role requiring a 7-day rotating roster in downtown Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a premium hotel environment.
• Experience with leading and delegating a large and diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service and guest focus mentality.
• Efficient problem-solving, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Full Australian Working Rights and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Concierge, as our new Bell Services Supervisor you will be leading a team of attendants and commissionaires to ensure standards are maintained and achieved.
• Your role will require you to possess effective leadership skills in order to delegate tasks efficiently whilst simultaneously handling guest queries with the upmost care.
