Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Guest Services Officer to welcome guests at check-in, assist during the stay and ensure a memorable departure.

You will perform reservations, answer inquiries, and handle guest requests with exceptional communication. This role sits in the Rooms Division, reporting to the Front Desk Manager, and requires the ability to work a rotating roster and deliver luxury service.

OPERA system familiarity is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Adept time management to ensure seamless operations.
• Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and overnights.
• Proficiency in using OPERA system is an advantage.

• Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
