Hyatt Regency Sydney is looking for a Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, assist guests with inquiries, and help create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Located near Darling Harbour, the ideal candidate communicates well, works in a fast-paced setting, and is flexible for evenings and weekends; OPERA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience is highly regarded.
• OPERA system experience is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Grooming and professional appearance.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues to Hyatt's 5-star standards.
• Make recommendations to enhance guests' stay.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external guests.
