Rydges Hotels & Resorts in Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent (GSA) to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle check-in/check-out, guest accounts and daily transactions while coordinating with housekeeping and reservations to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a hotel front office, strong communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities across EVT hotels and related perks.

Formación

• GSA with 1+ years in hotel front office.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with check-in/out and guest accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, memorable stays from check-in to checkout.
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, cashiering, daily transactions and opening/closing duties.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates and local area knowledge.
• Uphold WH&S standards and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
