Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is recruiting a Guest Service Generalist to deliver Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance support, ensuring Owners and Guests feel welcome throughout their stay with a proactive and positive attitude.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, answer inquiries, assist with luggage, and handle basic admin tasks while maintaining guest accommodation and common areas to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including greeting guests, check in/out, inquiries, luggage handling, and night audit procedures
• Maintain knowledge of administration equipment and basic software used for documentation and settlements
• Carry out housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety
