Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host to manage day-to-day front desk operations, greet and register owners and guests, and provide information on local attractions.

You will use phones, computers and other equipment, ensuring a smooth check-in process and memorable guest experiences. The role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication and a professional appearance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy.
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests at the front desk.
• Provide information on local attractions and services.
• Complete department-related paperwork and manage communications equipment.
• Assist guests with bookings and explain membership benefits.
• Maintain a neat and professional front desk area and be the first point of contact.
