Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist to perform daily Front Office and Food & Beverage duties, ensuring that Owners and Guests receive efficient and courteous service.

You will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out, and handle telephone and email inquiries while supporting front desk operations with a proactive attitude. Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety certificates, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible roster including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Front office duties: guest check-in/check-out and greetings.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries and porterage.
• Assist with tour and travel inquiries/bookings and night audit procedures.
