Zeekr Australia is seeking a diligent Fleet Administrator to join our dealership operations in Parramatta. You will coordinate fleet orders, maintain records, prepare contracts and invoices, and liaise with corporate clients and leasing companies to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, can juggle multiple priorities, and maintains high attention to detail while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Full driver's license required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Process and track fleet vehicle orders from placement through delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing fleet inventory.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is complete prior to delivery.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, tax invoices and fleet documentation.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all fleet accounts.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for fleet customers and leasing companies.
• Communicate delivery timelines and resolve documentation issues promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to support seamless transactions.
