Job summary

ZEEKR Australia is seeking a proactive Parts Specialist to support its growing aftersales parts and accessories business. You will handle dealer inquiries, manage parts orders, coordinate inventory, and liaise with ZEEKR Headquarters and local logistics partners to improve responsiveness and reduce delays.

The role emphasizes accurate parts records, timely communication with dealer networks, and collaboration with HQ logistics teams to ensure smooth operations across Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of automotive spare parts ordering, inventory and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for dealer parts enquiries, including order status, availability, pricing and delivery updates.
• Manage the shared parts email inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution of outstanding enquiries.
• Escalate urgent parts issues and maintain effective communication with the dealer network.
• Build strong working relationships with dealer Parts Managers and Service Departments.
• Monitor dealer parts orders from placement through to delivery; follow up on backorders and backlogs.
• Coordinate with ZEEKR HQ to resolve parts supply and order discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports covering outstanding orders, backorders, dealer enquiries and VOR cases.
