Zeekr Australia is seeking a driven Supply Chain & Sales Planning professional to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for its dealer network. The role oversees ordering, production, and logistics while shaping stock policy to hit financial goals and customer service standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of the Australian automotive market and electric vehicle industry.

Responsabilidades

• Set and manage monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and derive sales programs to assist dealer network in achieving targets.
• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain from ordering to production to logistics for contract goods to retail partners.
• Define stock holding policy and manage stock pipeline to meet financial and sales targets.
• Set up retail operation guidelines to enhance customer experience with franchise dealers.
• Develop regular sales team criteria and training for sales academy and certification metrics.
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing to ensure timely production and quality.
