Job summary

ZEEKR in Sydney seeks a Dealer Onboarding Operations Manager to lead dealer approvals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure market readiness for launches across Australia.

You will optimize the in-store journey, organize quarterly dealer principal meetings, supervise key dealer hires, manage store materials, and oversee charging-pile installations to uphold premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive industry or retail management is a must.
• Prior experience in planning and executing conferences is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align information across internal departments and engage dealer management teams at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Onboarding: drive the new dealer approval process, coordinate cross-functional teams, assess dealer readiness for official market launch.
• User In-Store Journey: optimize and refine the in-store journey, align audit frameworks and scoring for premium brand experience.
• Dealer Meeting Organization: plan and execute quarterly Dealer Principal meetings and annual dealer conference.
• Dealer Personnel Management: oversee qualification reviews and interview processes for Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers.
• Store Display Materials Management: own dealer store materials lifecycle, merchandising displays, and uniform procurement for brand consistency.
• Store Charging Pile Installation and Management: manage installations at dealer locations, coordinate with technical teams and suppliers, ensure quality and safety.
