Job summary

SG Fleet Group Ltd in Perth is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for fleet management inquiries and to pro-actively manage and review a portfolio of customers for renewal and growth.

You will support Relationship Managers, deliver outstanding service, and demonstrate an understanding of customer needs with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Business acumen and commercials awareness.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress.
• Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, including good listening and probing skills.
• Critically analyses information and resolves problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for fleet management enquiries and ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met.
• Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for retention, revenue growth and additional products and services.
• Proactively review fleet performance and reporting to identify cost savings, utilisation improvements and fleet optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and manage vehicle quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting of outcomes.
• Proactively manage upcoming vehicle terminations and restructures in line with best-practice fleet management.
• Partner with the Relationship Manager to develop client strategies, support regular client engagement and deliver initiatives that add value.
