Smartgroup in Brisbane is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Brisbane team on a permanent full-time basis. You will manage a diverse portfolio of fleet clients, build trusted partnerships and help organisations maximise value from our fleet solutions.

The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention and growth while collaborating with internal teams and industry partners to deliver outstanding service and strategic outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience managing client relationships and growing customer portfolios within the fleet, automotive, leasing, finance or a related industry.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated success identifying growth opportunities, retaining customers and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend commercially sound solutions.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• A current driver's licence is required. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related discipline, and relevant industry qualifications, will be highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality fleet management solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts through regular engagement, strategic account planning and proactive support.
• Analyse fleet data and client requirements to provide insights, recommendations and tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
• Drive client retention and portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to expand products and services across existing accounts.
• Collaborate with dealerships, third-party providers and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer outcomes and resolve client needs.
• Deliver client training, support software and outsourced solution adoption, and ensure key fleet processes, including vehicle changeovers, are effectively managed.
