Smartgroup in Brisbane is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a diverse fleet client portfolio and drive value from fleet solutions. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and growth across multiple industries.

You will build trusted partnerships, analyse client needs, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and growing customer portfolios in fleet/related industries.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and improve client satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose commercial solutions.
• Excellent planning and ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fleet clients across diverse industries and deliver high‑quality fleet solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts through regular engagement.
• Analyze fleet data and client needs to provide insights and tailored recommendations.
• Drive client retention and portfolio growth by expanding products and services.
