Fleetcare is seeking a Customer Account Manager to support a portfolio of WA Government clients with day-to-day fleet management needs. You will be the main contact for enquiries and will coordinate vehicle requirements with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, customer support, account coordination or administration.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple internal teams.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with WA Government clients.
• Respond to client enquiries with timely, practical support.
• Coordinate vehicle requirements with internal teams to deliver a positive client experience.
• Prepare information for client meetings and reviews.
• Support the implementation of new clients and services.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and activities.
• Follow up outstanding actions and resolve client enquiries.”
